Enquiry data where no service is undertaken: retained for 6 months, then deleted. Workshop service records: retained for 5 years from the date of service to support future servicing conversations. You may request earlier deletion; see your rights below.

8. Your Rights Under PDPA

Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has submitted data through our site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
